Terms of Service — Aivonix IT

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.aivonixit.com and every product you buy from Aivonix IT. By placing an order or using our Service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Service

Aivonix IT is a Bangladesh-based digital service provider that sells access to premium AI and productivity tools. Depending on the product, access is provided either as a personal plan or as shared access. The access type is stated on each product page before you buy.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must provide accurate information when ordering or creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials confidential.
Our Service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in BDT and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA and Mastercard through secure payment gateways.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Bundle and custom package discounts are applied automatically according to the number of tools selected.

4. Delivery

Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Products that need manual setup may take up to 24 hours. Access details are sent to the email or WhatsApp number you provide, so please make sure they are correct.

5. Third-Party Tools

Every tool we sell is owned by its provider and carries its own terms and privacy policy. Providers may change their rules, features or availability at any time, and such changes are outside our control. Please read the product details and the provider’s terms before purchasing.

6. Acceptable Use

Access is for the buyer only. Do not share, resell or transfer your access.
Do not change the password, recovery email or security settings of a shared account.
Do not use any tool for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
Do not attempt to hack, bypass or tamper with our systems or a provider’s systems.

A breach of these rules is handled under our Violation Policy and immediately voids warranty and refund eligibility.

7. Warranty, Support & Refunds

Every tool carries 25 days of warranty from delivery, and support is available 24/7. Refunds are pro-rated for unused days when a tool cannot be replaced. Full details are in our Warranty, Refund & Support Policy.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service running at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider-side outages or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the use of third-party tools.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued use of the Service means you accept the change.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.
