Refund Policy
We want every customer to get what they paid for. This Refund Policy explains when a refund applies, how it is calculated, and how long it takes. It works together with our Warranty, Refund & Support Policy.
1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- The tool stops working during your active period and we cannot provide a replacement.
- The product you received is not what was described on the product page.
- Your order could not be delivered at all after payment.
2. How the Refund Is Calculated
Refunds are pro-rated. You are charged only for the days you actually used, and the remaining unused days are refunded. Example: on a 30-day plan of BDT 600, if the tool stops working on day 10 and cannot be replaced, you are refunded for the 20 unused days.
3. Non-Refundable Products
Some products are non-refundable — for example panel/shared products and certain instant-access tools. This is always written clearly on the product page before you buy, so please read it carefully.
4. When a Refund Does Not Apply
- The problem was caused by breaking our terms (sharing your login, changing account settings, logging in against the usage rules, or any other misuse).
- You changed your mind after receiving working access.
- You filed a false complaint, chargeback or payment dispute.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Message us on WhatsApp at 01716124960 with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Our team checks the issue and tries a fix or replacement first — most problems are solved within 5 minutes to 2 hours.
- If no fix or replacement is possible, we approve the refund and calculate the unused days.
- The refund is sent back through your original payment method within 24–48 hours of approval.
6. Cancellations
An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before delivery. Once access has been delivered, the refund rules above apply instead.
